The price of a translation is calculated per standard page of 2000 characters including spaces, based on the translated document. A page is indivisible: any fraction of a page is rounded up to a full page.
What affects the price
The per-page rate varies depending on several factors:
- The language pair (source and target language).
- The difficulty and degree of specialization of the text (legal, medical, technical, etc.).
- The requested delivery deadline.
- The type of work: authorized translation, or authorized and notarized.
- The total number of characters in the document.

Urgency surcharge
A surcharge of 50-100% applies to urgent work on top of the standard rate. We consider work urgent when it must be delivered the same day or when it exceeds 20 pages per day.
Notarial legalization
Because our translators are authorized by the Ministry of Justice, documents can be notarized at your request with no extra commission on our part. You only pay the fee set by the notary's office, which varies with the number of copies.
Interpreting
Interpreting services (simultaneous or consecutive) are charged per hour, the hour being indivisible, and require prior booking.
