Certified Romanian translations in Constanța and Călărași
A certified translation is the translation of an official document carried out by a translator authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Justice. It carries the stamp and signature of the translator, who confirms that the translation is complete and faithful to the original. Cabinetul de Traduceri has been operating since 2007 and has offices in Constanța and Călărași, with delivery across the country.

Certified translation, notarization, and apostille
Depending on the institution that requests your document, you may need only the certified translation or additional steps as well:
- Notarization is the step in which the notary confirms the signature of the authorized translator. Many embassies, city halls, and courts require it.
- The Hague apostille is required for documents used abroad, in the states that signed the Hague Convention.
We tell you from the start which combination you need, so you do not waste time on unnecessary trips.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a certified translation cost?
The price is calculated per page of 2000 characters (with spaces), and any partial page is rounded up to a full page. A surcharge applies to urgent documents. Send us the document and you get a firm quote, with no obligation.
How long does it take?
For common documents, usually one to two business days. Large volumes or same-day requests can be handled on a rush basis, with a price surcharge.
What is the difference between a certified translation and notarization?
A certified translation carries the stamp and signature of the authorized translator. Notarization is the step in which the notary confirms the translator's signature. Many institutions require both, and we handle both.
Can I send the documents online?
Yes. You can send us a clear photo or a scan by email or on WhatsApp for a quote. For the certified translation we need the document in the form required by the requesting institution, and we tell you exactly what is needed.
